Fees

1-5 bedroom property £60.00

Properties with more than 5 bedrooms may attract a higher fee but this will be negotiated before the assessment is commissioned.

Our fees are not subject to vat so vat will not be added.

In the interests of the homeowner, we will do evening & weekend calls at no extra charge, if the vendor is unable to give us access to the property during a weekday.

Payment can be made by cash or by cheque & made payable to "East Sussex DEA Services" accompanied by a cheque guarantee card. If no card is given then the cheque will have to clear before a certificate is issued.
